My journey started in track and field, and evolved into a deep understanding of human movement, from the fundamentals—walking, running, and bodyweight training—to advanced strength conditioning and rehabilitation after injury. Whether you’re recovering from a ski-related injury, a meniscus or knee ligament surgery, or simply looking to improve your mobility and strength, I’m here to guide you with care and purpose.
